Terms and Conditions

Loss of monies paid applies to all cancelled reservations. The date of reservation cancellation is the date on which the written cancellation is received by the Phoenix Hotel. The loss of monies paid is as follows, per person:

• 60 days or more prior to stay – Cancellation fee of 10,000 yen per person
• Between 30 and 60 days prior to stay – Loss of 50% deposit or cancellation fee of 10000 yen per person, whichever is greater.
• Less than 30 days prior to departure – 100% of total booking cost
• Service charges for money transfer will be deducted from any return of deposit
